MONTH ONE (January 2026): Your first shipment is the most magical. You'll receive:

• January's patch: Sutured Heart with Echinacea — A riven heart being stitched back together with copper thread. Echinacea flowers (the healing herb) bloom from the wound. A needle remains in place, because mending isn't a destination.

Each patch is:

• 3 inches in diameter 
• Easy to apply 
• Exclusively designed for its month
• Designed to fit together on your collector's tote, creating a CovenCore gallery at year's end

Timeline:

• Orders accepted through December 31, 2025
• Founding Member status (13th bonus patch) ends December 25, 2025
• First shipment: January 6-10, 2026
• Subsequent shipments: First week of each month (February through December)

Shipping details:

• Month 1: Ships in padded envelope (tote + patch and extras)
• Months 2+: Ships in protective envelope with cardboard backing
• Tracking provided for all shipments

What if I move during my subscription? Email us at loulou@cymbalmonkey.com within 5 days of your move with your new address. We'll update your shipping info for future boxes.

What if my package is lost? Contact us within 30 days of the ship date. We'll work with USPS to investigate and resend if needed.
